Regional Profitability Director

Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, including a percentage of district profits for exceeding company targets. In addition to market-competitive pay rates, other benefits include paid time off, RRSP and pension matching options, and tuition assistance.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will drive district profitability by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of branch managers to achieve their goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving district recruitment and retention strategies for sales employees
- Maintaining high customer service standards across the district
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the district
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation and at least 3 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, preferably consumer lending. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is also required.
