About the Role:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned goals, including distribution footprint, sales team deployment, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and motivate the selling team (staffing, training, coaching) to enhance performance.
  • Engage with key dealers within the region to develop annual joint business plans and conduct regular dealer reviews.
  • Evaluate the performance of the regional sales team and make adjustments as needed.
  • Hire, develop, and maintain a professional, enthusiastic, competent, and committed sales staff.
  • Collaborate with peers in the Sales Leadership team for best practice sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership success and knowledge of contract/capital goods industries.
  • 7+ years of successful contract/capital goods selling experience.
  • Knowledge of the contract interiors industry, services, and culture, as well as the ability to differentiate products/services from the competition.
  • Must possess business/financial acumen and be profit conscious.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
