Job DescriptionThe Fitness Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fitness programs for military communities across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering fitness programs tailored to the needs of military personnel and their families;
- Coordinating with instructors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of programs;
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring participant satisfaction;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to program participation and evaluation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as fitness or recreation management;
- A National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification;
- A current CPR and Standard First Aid certification;
- A recognized Swim Instructor certification;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
