Job Description

The Fitness Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fitness programs for military communities across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering fitness programs tailored to the needs of military personnel and their families;
  • Coordinating with instructors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of programs;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring participant satisfaction;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to program participation and evaluation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as fitness or recreation management;
  • A National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification;
  • A current CPR and Standard First Aid certification;
  • A recognized Swim Instructor certification;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
