Job Description

As a Strategic Communications Professional, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of communications activities. You will provide support to various departments for activities with a communications impact, ensuring the execution of the organization's communications plan and associated strategies. Your duties will include contributing to the mobilization and coordination of essential resources and elements to carry out communications projects, supporting team members in their daily tasks, and playing an essential role in ensuring coherent and effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to achieve organizational objectives;
  • Collaborate with the communications team and other departments to plan and coordinate events and activities;
  • Maintain and supply the organization's promotional material, including press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials;
  • Coordinate all writing and translation activities, ensuring high-quality content is produced on time and within budget;
  • Set up and manage the press review, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure compliance with mandates and quality standards;
  • Contribute to maintaining frank and open exchanges that enable cohesion and effective teamwork;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong writing skills, significant experience in public relations, digital communications, marketing, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. You should have good priority management and organizational skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, and be dynamic, proactive, and creative. You should also be a team player with great flexibility, gifted with a good sense of public affairs and excellent critical judgment, able to understand the issues and interests of different stakeholders, and meticulous and rigorous.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a comprehensive health program and access to training and development opportunities.
