About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Programs Manager to join our team in the Quebec region. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will develop and implement industry-leading external programs and partnership initiatives to differentiate our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Quebec pharmaceutical industry, its stakeholders, and regulatory environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, with a preference for bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Quebec-specific retail pharmacy strategy, leveraging the expanded role of Quebec pharmacists as key healthcare providers.
  • Strengthen our marketing strategy through the strategic development of Quebec-specific assets to support products and patient support programs.
  • Lead the creation of communication assets and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to position our programs.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and industry experts to develop and implement pharmacy programs for independent retail and corporate customers.
  • Oversee the integrity of existing pharmacy programs, reviewing content and performance regularly, and adapting current programs to enhance positioning within the Quebec market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing pharmacy programs and/or marketing activities within the Quebec pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Quebec pharmaceutical industry and its stakeholders, as well as an understanding of the regulatory environment and related requirements and practices.
  • Broad understanding of the challenges facing Quebec pharmacy owners/staff and the needs of Quebec-based patients.
  • Knowledge of PAAB, CCCEP, and OPQ accreditation processes and requirements is an asset.
  • Excellent French language communication skills (oral and written). Preferred: Bilingual (English/French).
  • Detail-oriented, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software, and systems.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
