Job Title: Asset Performance Program Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our community engagement efforts as an Asset Performance Program Director. This role will oversee the development of systems for community partners, volunteers, neighbors, and refugees, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery of services.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of community engagement experience, with 5+ years of experience in program management, community outreach, and volunteer coordination. They will be responsible for overseeing programming and compliance for LIHTC and other housing supporting services, developing and maintaining systems for Care Teams to access the social service system, and creating KPIs to indicate growth of programs overtime.
This is a full-time exempt position that offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and work in a fast-paced environment.
The Asset Performance Program Director will also assist neighbors, volunteers, and community partners in navigating and accessing social service organizations, implementing care team plans, and creating, coordinating, and providing training opportunities for block captains and care teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing programming and compliance for LIHTC and other housing supporting services
- Developing and maintaining systems for Care Teams to access the social service system
- Creating KPIs to indicate growth of programs overtime
- Assisting neighbors, volunteers, and community partners in navigating and accessing social service organizations
- Implementing care team plans
- Creating, coordinating, and providing training opportunities for block captains and care teams
- Coordinating and facilitating volunteer activities and recruitment
- Developing and overseeing refugee housing program
- Mentoring interns
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to identify grant opportunities and support fundraising efforts
- Present on behalf of the organization at community events
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in social work, community development, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of community engagement experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including ability to set priorities, manage simultaneous initiatives, and operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to develop new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
