About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KIDDO DAYS ENTERPRISE CORPORATION. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of office projects, including events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • HR Support: Provide support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
