Brandt is currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to support our Nanaimo Construction & Forestry team. Key responsibilities include:

Primary Duties:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules as needed
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Two-year Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
