Office Administrator

Brandt is currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to support our Nanaimo Construction & Forestry team. Key responsibilities include:
Primary Duties:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules as needed
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Two-year Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
