Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at SCOOPS BREAKFAST AND LUNCH RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
