Sales Leadership Professional

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Manager to join our team at United City Yachts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in managing sales teams, with expertise in the entire sales process from planning to closing.
This role demands a leader who can analyze sales performance, provide feedback, and identify new business opportunities. A successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams.
Responsibilities include setting sales goals and targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data and performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. This position requires strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, based on national averages and taking into account the location and experience required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including work-from-home flexibility, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development.
