Sales Operations Manager

This role is remote. We operate on Eastern time.

**Key Responsibiities**:

- Develop and execute sales operations strategies to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Assist in designing, automating, and optimizing sales processes, such as lead generation, pipeline management, contracting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide hands-on support to the sales team with various sales activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to align sales operations with broader business goals.
- Support data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
- Help in monitoring KPIs to gauge sales team performance and areas for enhancement.
- Manage the sales technology stack, including CRM system, automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to support sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales operations roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- High-energy and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and drive results.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive as an individual contributor while also providing leadership and guidance to a team.
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms.
