Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ottawa. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
