Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Select Fridays as required: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and administrative support. As a Dental Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Billing and Insurance: Process patient bills, handle insurance claims, and resolve any related issues.
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Clinical Support: Assist dentists and hygienists with various tasks, such as preparing treatment plans and sterilizing equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., dental administration, business administration).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with dental software and hardware (e.g., practice management systems, digital radiography).
