Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities and client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly and yearly win targets.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide coaching and support to the team on proposal preparation and client management.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada.
  • Experience in consulting engineering, EPCM, or PM/CM services.
  • Formal sales training an asset.
  • Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent team player with previous proposal development experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
