Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management. This role will collaborate heavily with operations, requiring the ability to work in both sales and operations areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit proposals to secure new contracts
- Collaborate with operations teams to deliver project solutions
- Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline growth
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada
- Experience in consulting engineering or EPCM/PM/CM services
- Formal sales training and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
