Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Lawson Products. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
