Business Development Lead

Our Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities and client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly and yearly win targets.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide coaching and support to the team on proposal preparation and client management.
- 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada.
- Experience in consulting engineering, EPCM, or PM/CM services.
- Formal sales training an asset.
- Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent team player with previous proposal development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
