We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management. This role will collaborate heavily with operations, requiring the ability to work in both sales and operations areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly win targets
  • Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities and client relationships
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts with clients

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada
  • Experience in consulting engineering, EPCM, or PM/CM services
  • Formal sales training
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with clients and executives
  • Excellent team player
  • Previous proposal development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
