Job Description
As a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness Canada, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy classes that motivate and engage our members. Your primary duties will include:
  • Designing and leading group fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to member concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Tracking class attendance numbers and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in weekly emails, monthly Zoom meetings, and quarterly staff training sessions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to ensure innovative programming

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enriching the lives of others
  • Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
  • Previous teaching experience in various genres, including Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT
