**Job Summary**:
Regional Manager has a focus on driving growth and revenue across all our fitness clubs. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and operations across all clubs. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership abilities with a high level of customer centric sales experience. If you are energetic, extroverted, and a motivator, and can drive company revenue by leading the team of sales managers and setting clear priorities and goals, we are looking for you.

- Salary of $55000* plus bonuses
- *Base salary $55,000 with opportunity to earn bonuses to bring the total compensation to up to $90,000

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Work in liaison with our marketing team to create effective sales & marketing strategies & promotions for our chain of fitness clubs
- Support, train and educate our team of sales managers to increase the close rates & company revenue
- Work closely with the General Manager and monitor and evaluate each club’s and manager’s performance, provide feedback and course correct
- Analyse financial numbers and KPIs to ensure business is performing properly
- Train and motivate the sales team, and meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly sales goals
- Ensure that Anytime Fitness brand is correctly represented from sales communication to customer handling
- Create a fun working environment and foster company culture
- Ensure all clubs are providing an exceptional customer experience and a welcoming environment for all
- Identify hiring needs, be a part of the interview process, select and train new hires at the club
- Oversee sales and operations across all clubs, and ensure all facilities and the equipment are properly maintained and taken care of
- Oversee coaching sessions and ensure coaching staff is creating an exceptional experience
- Work closely with marketing team to plan social media activities, promote positive online engagement and community involvement
- Ensure fiscal responsibility is met
- Visit all 5 clubs, ensure all rules and protocols are being followed by the managers, find areas of improvement whether performance or facility related, fill skill gaps, and address any performance issues on the spot.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable method of transportation
- Flexible to commute to all our five locations - Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg
- At least 3 years of prior experience is required in sales, customer service & team management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Passion for fitness and helping others

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, preference will be given to those with post secondary diploma/degree
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience in fitness is an asset
- Social media experience is an asset

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
