Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client decision makers.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced IT, Engineering, Professional or Technical Staffing, or prior experience as an account manager or service delivery for a large staffing firm directly servicing clients.

You will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is driven to achieve results and exceed targets.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
