Your key objectives will include managing and driving local sales and marketing teams, developing and executing a marketing and sales strategy to build relationships with various media outlets across Crimson's products and services, and coordinating close communication with global teams to ensure seamless execution.
This role requires an excellent communicator with a high level of critical thinking, solid commercial and strategic agility, and professional communication skills both written and verbal. You will also need to have a strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence, as well as experience in executing sales and marketing strategic initiatives and best practices within a complex business environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of people leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 20 university, and fluency in English. Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools like Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn is highly desirable.
