Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our enterprise sales team in Western Canada. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in generating revenue, creating pipeline, and executing account strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Development, Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and Partners, to exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage individual targets that contribute to the overall team and company success.
  • Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of Enterprise Account Executives.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing a high-performing enterprise sales team selling complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization with experience building out greenfield territories and landing new business.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to roll up sleeves and actively participate in deals.
  • Customer-focused with extensive experience developing customer relationships with public and private sector accounts.
  • Experience navigating longer, complex sales cycles with multiple buying stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant software or hardware industry experience in domains such as security software or hardware, computer networking, subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of MEDDPICC sales methodology.

  • Estimated Annual Pay Range: $240,000 - $330,000 CAD
