Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our regional finance team and drive financial growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the regional finance team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance and support business expansion
  • Overseeing management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance
  • Developing financial models to inform business planning and decision-making
  • Conducting regular financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards
  • Optimizing, monitoring, and forecasting cash flow and working capital to support business operations

Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA/CFA or MBA preferred
  • Previous experience as a Head of Finance or Finance Director in a fast-paced multinational software business
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and IFRS, particularly in international settings
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
