We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to helm our regional sales strategy and drive growth in Western Canada.

About the Opportunity

As Regional Sales Director, you'll lead a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions to small and medium businesses while achieving ambitious growth targets. You'll balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring your team excels at driving market share across Western Canada.

This role is more than sales leadership—it's about empowering others, unlocking opportunities, and shaping the future of our business in this competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Winning Strategies: Design and execute the sales strategy to drive SMB growth in Western Canada.
  2. Inspire and Lead: Coach and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives to exceed ambitious goals and KPIs.
  3. Optimize Performance: Analyze sales activities and KPIs, celebrating wins and applying coaching strategies to maintain momentum.
  4. Collaborate for Success: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine campaigns, products, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Drive Customer Success: Guide your team in prospecting, proposing, and closing deals while managing customer lifecycle migrations.
  6. Be an Ambassador: Represent our company as a senior leader, demonstrating our values and fostering strong relationships across the organization and community.

Your Qualifications

  1. Leadership Excellence: A track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
  2. Sales Expertise: Mastery of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.com.
  3. Resilience and Agility: An adaptable, curious leader eager to learn and evolve in a competitive landscape.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Deep understanding of KPIs, funnel management, and the ability to synthesize data into business insights.
  5. Exceptional Communicator: Able to articulate vision, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Wireless experience is an asset.
  7. Education and Experience: A university degree and experience leading sales teams in a matrixed organization are required.
Compensation

Estimated salary range: $130,000-$194,000 per year, plus performance bonus or sales incentive plan up to $80,000-120,000 annually.
