Job DescriptionIn-Room Dining Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our food and beverage operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through timely and efficient service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking guest in-room dining orders and communicating special requests to the kitchen
  • Answering telephones using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette
  • Coordinating the delivery of orders to guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Ensuring proper food quality and accuracy in guest orders

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.50-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Serving It Right Certificate
  • The ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, so flexibility is essential. As our hotel is open around the clock, we expect our service staff to be adaptable and willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
