Salary: $24.50-$26.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced In Room Dining Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include taking guest in-room dining orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, and coordinating the delivery of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. You will also answer telephones using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette, obtain all necessary information to process guest orders, and describe menu items in an engaging and informative manner.

You will be responsible for communicating guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using our point-of-sales system. You will then check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order, coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom, and ensure proper food quality. Additionally, you will properly and accurately close guest checks, record guest charges and gratuities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in Food and Beverage operations, ideally in Room Service/In Room Dining
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A current Serving It Right Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
