Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're seeking a skilled Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler.

About the Role:

The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Front Desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless communication with the day shift team, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a strong leader who can supervise staff, resolve issues, and maintain the highest level of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring correct room assignments and rates.
  • Collect feedback, settle bills accurately, and process payments through credit card or cash transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and credit procedures.
  • Review paid-outs, rebates, Petty Cash disbursements, and Direct Billings.
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements, ensuring accuracy.
  • Block rooms for arrivals and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle guest relocations according to established guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and special requests, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Conduct frequent tours of the hotel to oversee operations across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous significant experience in a Front Office position or related position.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Opera PMS experience preferred.
  • Fluent English (written, spoken, reading).
  • Strong crisis management skills.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Strong commitment to service.
  • Category 5 Driving License (unrestricted Category 4 is an advantage).
  • Ability to work overnights.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to be flexible in working overnight, weekends, and holidays.
