Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Manage multiple-size projects from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, charter, goals, and deliverables in support of business goals and work with senior leadership for approvals.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all business and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for projects.
  • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Discuss and prioritize project issues with the leadership, and provide support to the project team as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain project tracking and provide status reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • ~3+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and Analytics
  • ~ Experience in business development and entrepreneurship
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Communications or related field
  • ~ Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • ~ Good understanding of Quality Assurance
  • ~ Technical knowledge
  • ~ French is an asset
