Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth within the Central Ontario Region, covering key sectors such as Steel Service Centres, Automotive, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, and Job Shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focusing on business development for metal fabricating equipment such as Industrial Lasers, Plasma, Thermal Cutting, and Press Brakes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, including Plant Managers, Production Managers, Purchasing Departments, VPs/Owners, and other industry experts.
  • Selling across multiple sectors, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth and expand our client's market share.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of machinery/capital equipment sales experience, with a proven track record of success in industrial sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
