Job Title: Business Development Representative - Meat Industry Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Entourage Human Resources.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with new clients to expand our customer base, presenting and promoting a diverse range of products, and acting as a trusted advisor to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote premium-quality products to potential clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retain business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a strong background in cold calling and relationship management.
  • Experience in the meat industry is a strong asset.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Excellent English Written & Spoken.
