The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Preparing minutes of meetings and maintaining records
  • Determining office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming travel arrangements
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Compiling data and statistics for reports and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems

In addition to your administrative skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as a strong attention to detail.
