Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc. in an administrative support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
This position involves coordinating seminars and conferences, establishing office procedures, and overseeing the preparation of reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging travel, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Oversee the preparation of reports and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
