Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within their assigned territory. This position involves managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M, ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including senior management.
- Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and collaborate with clients, job orders, follow-ups, and placements.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction issues, providing remedies and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leverage corporate and regional resources to achieve territory objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators.
- University/College Degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding skills in time management, written and oral communications.
- Superior business aptitude and organizational skills.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Post and update job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assign work with a recruitment professional to source qualified candidates.
- Responsible for revenue growth, profit, and loss within their assigned territory.
- Act as a change advocate to ensure alignment with customer expectations and needs.
