Job Summary:


The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within their assigned territory. This position involves managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Manage a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M, ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
  2. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including senior management.
  4. Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and collaborate with clients, job orders, follow-ups, and placements.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction issues, providing remedies and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Leverage corporate and regional resources to achieve territory objectives.


Requirements:



  1. A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators.
  2. University/College Degree or equivalent.
  3. Outstanding skills in time management, written and oral communications.
  4. Superior business aptitude and organizational skills.


Operational Responsibilities:



  1. Post and update job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assign work with a recruitment professional to source qualified candidates.
  2. Responsible for revenue growth, profit, and loss within their assigned territory.
  3. Act as a change advocate to ensure alignment with customer expectations and needs.
