At Theta Lake, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team. As an experienced professional in enterprise sales and account management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions for unified communications, including Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, or other collaboration technologies. If you have experience in representing technology solutions for compliance call recording, electronic communication archiving, insider risk, compliance surveillance, or data loss protection, that's a definite plus.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategic account plans, manage pipelines, and close deals. You will also be responsible for driving acquisition of new customers through prospecting activities, lead generation, and introducing our products and value proposition within your assigned territory. Additionally, you will nurture existing customer relationships, ensure alignment and trust, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay informed on industry trends, emerging compliance needs, our product roadmap, and competitive solutions within the Digital Communication Governance and Archiving space. You will also be required to track all interactions and progress within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account management, preferably in early-stage company building. Professional account management experience in prospecting, establishing, building, and managing relationships with customers, including through commercial agreements for subscription, is essential. Experience in or exposure to representing technology solutions for unified communications, compliance call recording, electronic communication archiving, insider risk, compliance surveillance, or data loss protection is highly desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
