Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone system and handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Act as the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Appointment booking
  • Handle travel arrangements and invoices
  • Meeting preparation
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Invoicing and expense reports
  • Database management (electronic and paper)
  • Data entry
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing and people person
  • Available to start immediately
