Receptionist and Concierge

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Concierge to join our team at Amica Senior Lifestyles. As a Receptionist and Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and the general public. You will be the first point of contact for our community and will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to resident inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide receptionist and secretarial services to the management team
- Greet residents, visitors, and the general public
- Receive and redirect external calls and sales calls
- Operate and maintain all office equipment
- Establish and maintain resident services
- Respond to resident inquiries
- Perform basic accounting functions
- Provide assistance as required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education supplemented with training/coursework in general office procedures and accounting/book keeping
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Keyboarding at a minimum speed of 50 wpm
