We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Go2STAFFING. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk by answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized office
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed by the management team
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or higher educational qualification is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a strong customer service orientation
