Contract Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments, managing telephone systems, handling calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage telephone systems and handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Act as the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Appointment booking
- Handle travel arrangements and invoices
- Meeting preparation and recording meeting minutes
- Invoicing and expense reports
- Database management (electronic and paper)
- Data entry
- 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outgoing and people person
- Available to start immediately
