Job Title: Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Dr. Mehrdad Ghassem Boland Medical Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to patients and visitors.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate with healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical office setting.
