Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus attractive commission structure.

Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors in Canada and the US.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business deals.
  • Market IT consultants with expertise in various technologies to client companies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to source suitable consultants for client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress reports.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and in-demand skills to align business strategies effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
