Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to drive commercial growth in Eastern Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and manage sales quotas for Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to ensure budget attainment with sales leadership and business managers
  • Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in each territory with Business managers
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
  • Constantly review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer and GPO relationships
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for all current and future accounts
  • Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for all business managers
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis for Canadian Senior Leadership team
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Minimum 2 years managing an effective sales team
  • Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of our products and services
  • Solution-based selling experience required

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on experience.

This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker who can drive commercial growth in Eastern Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
