Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Investment Advisors and the branch team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for account documentation and reporting.
  • Assist with client onboarding and manage incoming communications from clients and Advisors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for Advisors and clients.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook.
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset.
