Job Opportunity
RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Investment Advisors and the branch team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests for account documentation and reporting.
- Assist with client onboarding and manage incoming communications from clients and Advisors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for Advisors and clients.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
- High level of time management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
- Aptitude to build quality relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset.
