At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support to our office operations, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- Customer Service
- Provide general information to clients and the public, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Office Management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and organized.
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules, ensuring that our records are properly maintained.
- Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
