Job Summary

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Investment Advisors and the branch team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account management.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for advisors and clients.

Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset.
