Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC. as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with preparing and processing documents, reports, and other materials.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank deposits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling office work, including meetings and appointments.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
