As a key member of the Randstad team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our clients' talent strategy and organizational culture.

\

You will partner closely with business leaders to perform HR functions in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on role best suited to an HR professional passionate about fostering a strong workplace culture and proactively meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and supporting client HR programs and initiatives\
  • Enhancing client talent strategies and organizational cultures\
  • Partnering with business leaders to perform HR functions\
  • Fostering a strong workplace culture\

  • Providing expert advice on HR matters\
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures\
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes\
  • Managing employee relations and conflicts\
  • Conducting performance management and coaching\
  • Developing and implementing training programs\
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and data\
  • Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders\
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders\
  • Resolving complex HR issues and conflicts\
  • Developing and implementing change management initiatives\
  • Coaching and developing HR staff members\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR\
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders\
  • Strong leadership and management skills\
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures\
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations\
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders\
  • Ability to resolve complex HR issues and conflicts\
  • Strong ability to coach and develop HR staff members\
