Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with retailers and dealers within your assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share in the region.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS to understand their needs and preferences and identify opportunities for growth.
  • PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Strong understanding of the flooring market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
