Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with retailers and dealers within your assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share in the region.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS to understand their needs and preferences and identify opportunities for growth.
- PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Strong understanding of the flooring market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
