Global Business Development Manager

At TR Electronic, we are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to lead our Regional Sales efforts in Quebec. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and close sales within a designated geographic territory
- Manage current accounts and attract new customers through lead generation activities
- Foster and develop sales channels with partners, including distributors and manufacturers' representatives
- Develop and manage territory forecasts and sales reports
- Participate in company trade shows and other strategic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with inside sales representatives and application engineers to develop sales strategies for key accounts
- Maintain corporate CRM systems by recording and leveraging customer data to drive new sales
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a sales professional with exceptional salesmanship and a proven track record of achieving revenue objectives.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel within a defined sales territory, with a valid driver's license
- Prior experience with linear transducers, industrial sensors, feedback devices, and instrumentation is an asset
- Demonstrated communication, technical sales, presentation, report-writing, and teamwork skills
- Fluency in French is an asset
